So, Letterman Wants To Play Hardball?

So in the latest "Late Show" newsletter, David Letterman's writers make an attack on this PR nightmare known as "Conan vs. NBC Universal vs. Leno" and they even snap an attack on Carson Daly.

So I made a response on the CBS site:

I read your recent newsletter and I'm appalled that your show would stoop so low as to attack your former network. Not only is your biggest competitor "The Tonight Show" facing a move where it'll be competing against ABC's Jimmy Kimmel and your colleague Craig Ferguson, leaving you to deal with Jay Leno once again. Jay Leno is an overbearing jerk and it's wrong that he and NBC Universal's Jeff Zucker is giving O'Brien the screwjob.

Not only are the pushing "Tonight Show" back, they are also ruining a franchise you founded on that network in 1982: "Late Night", which you passed on to Conan O'Brien in 1993 and he passed on to Jimmy Fallon in 2009.

Can't you say something that be of some sort of support to keep the tradition of "Late Show" vs. "The Tonight Show"?
