To help or not to help?

I know someone who says he cant find a good girl & unbeknownst to him everyone around him hates him. I didn't know why and didn't understand either, but over time I found out the problem. Most of his pictures on facebook are of hot celebrity women and they are revealing, his posts on facebook are extremely offensive in the pictures of him and a girl he was chasing he has his hand on her all the time, sometimes reaching across 2 people just to touch her. The stuff that comes out of his mouth are also very offensive and he has no regard for what he says. He has no idea that no one likes him and I refuse to tell him because it wont do nothing but get him to run his mouth and make me wanna punch him hard. The women he works with get creeped out(coming from their mouth about him)because he comes on way to hard and plenty of other things. When he mentions past situations of sexual comments from his mouth in the workplace his excuse is "They know me! They shouldnt have even made the comment because they knew where it would go!" He is constantly getting mad because when he meets a girl he finds out that she likes to be chased. He ranted to me saying "All I wanna do is f**k!" Now Idk what to do, and this guy used to be my friend, but over time I realize that the only time he contacts me is to get a ride or for me to pay for something. He never contacts me to just hang out or play PS3, and when it starts off with "Lets play videogames" it ends with "Wanna get some grub? I will pay you back!" or "Wanna go to GameStop and buy video games? I'll pay you back!" He works two jobs, but he doesnt give himself time to arrange transportation to work and he is forever knocking on my door trying to bum a ride, never offering gas money. When I say no, he tries to guilt trip me saying he is gonna be late, but within 5 minutes he gets a ride. His apartment is a mess and always is, boxes laying everywhere, garbage sitting in his kitchen stuff piled on his kitchen table, wadded up clothes strewn all over his bedroom and etc etc. Now I dont have alot of room to talk, my apartment is messy and cluttered, but there is a difference between me and him. Mine is cluttered, his is just plain dirty.

He lost his job a few months ago(like maybe 5 months or so ago) and he was gonna move in with me, but my landlord wouldnt let me move him in because he had no income to help to rent. When I told him this, he told his cousin(he claims she is his cousin, but I doubt they are related at all) and so she called me bitching at me claiming I was just saying that cuz I changed my mind. She said to me, and I quote "I'll be damned if I let my cousin be homeless" but come to find out she wouldn't let him live with her and he was forced to stay at the Salvation Army Homeless Shelter. (sounds homeless to me)

He asked me once if he could use my car to take his driver's license exam and and get practice, saying if he couldnt use mine then he wouldnt be able to do it, and when I said no, he came back with "I'll just ask ********" (kept name out for privacy).

This is just an all around f***ed up situation, and idk if I should tell him what his problems are, or just leave it be.(because it may be deeply imbedded issues if he doesnt know yet and is oblivious to it)
