If you're a little confused and have been caught in the middle of my constant remodeling, I'll explain it all to you:
The Outraged Tycoon's iPod Favorite
My favorite pick of the week, although beginning January 17, 2010, you get to choose out of five of my random picks out of my iPod and iTunes. It is usually the top five most played songs on my iPod Shuffle that ends up being scrobbled on Last.fm. The player and ballot is inside of a table for space reasons. The iPod Favorite music player will always be on the left-hand side. The ballot is on the right-hand side and has a popup window link to vote. You're given until 12:59 pm every Saturday to vote.
The Outraged Tycoon's Ticker
This ticker includes links to my profiles on Facebook and MySpace, my company's Twitter and corporate website and ministry Twitter. I nickname this the blog "The Official Site for All Things Verbally Slaughtered". This includes the "In This Outrage (In History)" segment, where I take an actual year and event and use my wicked sense of humor to twist it around and make it something different. Also shown is a current outrage and a potential outrage.
Donate Box.....Why Is That There?
I do this now as an obsessive hobby outside of work and I don't get paid to do this (despite using Google AdSense and Amazon Associates in my posts, which pay minimal), but I would one day like to have more outraged writers join me (most of which want to be paid), so we'd like your help! (Also, this box is available if you want to bribe me out of choosing my picks for the iPod Favorite so you can make a suggestion! Any amount, and you can make ONE selection!)
The Outraged Tycoon's eBay Auctions
I use eBay quite a bit selling stuff, mainly through one of my startup businesses which started in November 2009, WWPM Auctions & Appraisal. I don't do much appraisal stuff, but I sell my stuff (mostly things I purchased and resells it) or I do consignment auctions (sell for other people).
Blog Posts & Archive, About Me and Followers
My blog posts will be pretty frequent, so if you miss it, there is an archive to find that post. You can learn about me by clicking on either my picture or the link saying "See my entire profile". If you follow my blog or subscribed, your username should be on this list.
Why are there Amazon and Google AdSense ads on your posts and elsewhere on the site?
It's weird, but Google wants you to make money (for some reason). If it's an Amazon ad, I posted a product related to someone I mentioned on a post (for instance, check the last post I did). AdSense just fills in the other spaces on the site (mostly the footer and under the archive list).
